A full review of your site

Every page you have, read by a person and written up: what is slowing it down, what a screen reader cannot reach, and what Google cannot read. Each one says what to do about it. It comes back as a PDF, usually the same day.

What arrives

Dirac report acme-joinery.example page 3 of 11
  1. The main menu fails contrast at 2.9:1.

Grey on grey. It is legible to you on a good screen and not to a customer outdoors on a phone.

FixDarken the link colour to #4a4a4a or heavier. One line in the stylesheet.

  2. 11 images with no alt text.

A screen reader reads the file name instead — "IMG_4021 dot jpeg" — and Google has nothing to index them by.

FixNamed in the full list, page by page, with a suggested line for each.

  3. No structured data, so search engines have to guess what the business is.

It is why you do not get the hours, the phone number and the stars in the result.

FixA LocalBusiness block in the head. The exact JSON is in the report.

  4. Loads in 1.2s on a mid-range phone on 4G.

Faster than most sites this size. Nothing to do here.

Made up, for the shape of it. Yours names your own pages, and the count at the top is however many you turn out to have.

Dirac is the assistant I build with, and it writes these. It reads every page, runs the measurements, and drafts each finding in the form above. Then I go through the draft before it is sent: I cut what does not matter for your site, fix what it has misunderstood, and decide the order. That is the part you are paying for — the reading is cheap now, and knowing which three of forty findings are worth your afternoon is not.

What gets checked

  • Every page, not just the home page
  • Google Lighthouse run properly, on a phone and a desktop
  • Accessibility checked against WCAG 2.2 AA, with the failures named
  • What to fix first, and what is safe to ignore
  • A PDF you can forward, and no meeting

It is written for a person, not a scanner. You can forward it to whoever built the site without translating it first.

What it isn't

  • Not a sales call with a report attached. There is no call.
  • Not an automated scan with my name on the front. Dirac writes the draft and I go through it — see above. Nothing reaches you unread.
  • Not a pitch to rebuild your site. Most of what it finds is fixable by whoever already has the code.
